I contracted Adan to extend my existing upper deck to 10′ X 14″ for a total of 28′ which was to include a system to collect any rain water from the new extension to keep the lower deck dry after seeing the work he did on a neighbor’s home.

Several months later we decided we would like to have a roof installed over the entire 10′ X 28 foot deck.

Adan and his crew did a wonderful job. The workmanship is great and because I was forbidden by my wife to climb a ladder Adan installed 2 ceiling fans and 3 surface mounted lights per my layout. In addition he wired all the new items to a common area and installed all the boxes and switches to control everything.

Overall Adan does a wonderful job .

He is to return to install drywall over the exposed studs in my basement.

Adan’s grounds crew is now maintaining my lawn and flower beds. There is plans to install Bermuda grass sod on both sides of my home. If the rest of his work is an indication of his work ethics I believe my landscape will look great.

Adan and his team did a very good job. They finish everything in one day and with perfect precision. I highly recommend them. I will call them in the future .
